Transport operations for institutions
Bring your existing contracts, vehicles and drivers into one place, so every agreed journey is scheduled, recorded and checked against what you're billed.
Early access. Live transport bookings are not currently available.
Sample status updates: vehicle assigned, arriving, arrived, journey completed.
The idea
Ergo Mobility is a connected mobility operating system for institutions, transport providers and independent licensed owner-drivers. Institutions keep the contracts and drivers they trust, build new fleets with verified partners, source extra capacity, and manage every agreed journey in one transparent system.
The principle behind it
The institution owns its supplier relationships and contractual decisions. The supplier owns its operating business. Ergo Mobility connects and manages the authorised workflow without claiming ownership of either.
Import current contracts, rates, vehicles, drivers and approved providers into a secure, private workspace. Nobody has to be replaced.
Combine your own vehicles and drivers with owner-drivers, EV and conventional vehicle providers, staffing agencies and bus operators into service-specific fleets.
Turn recurring agreements, shift rosters, charters and authorised requests into confirmed capacity and trackable service events.
Verified suppliers can opt in to additional eligible work, without breaching their existing commitments.
Each participant sees accurate, role-specific operational and financial information. Incidents are resolved by people.
The problem
Institutions deal with many small vendors, each running their own way. The cost shows up as time, disputes and gaps in service.
Illustration, not real network data.
Schedules are agreed on WhatsApp and by phone. When something changes, nobody else finds out.
Duty slips are signed, photographed, lost, and retyped at month-end.
Extra kilometres, night allowances and repeat charges are tough to verify against the contract.
When a vehicle breaks down, finding a replacement means calling around, again.

Updates & privacy
Every journey produces the same events, but each person only sees what their role needs.
Approved, assigned, arriving, completed, delayed. People get the milestones that matter to them.
Passengers, parents, institutions, vendors and drivers each see only what their role needs.
Location is shared only during an active trip window, and never for drivers or passengers off duty.
Children, medical journeys and night travel get specific protections, reviewed before launch.
Product design intent. Final behaviour is subject to legal review and data-protection compliance before launch.
Tell us how you manage transport today. We'll show you how it would look in one connected system, with your vendors, your rules and your invoices.
