About
Respect existing relationships. Connect them properly.
Ergo Mobility started from a simple observation: Kerala's institutional transport works, but it works on phone calls, paper trip sheets and trust. We want to keep the trust and replace the paper.
Mission
Let every institution bring the transportation it already trusts, create and operate new fleets with qualified partners, and connect each agreed journey to a transparent, privacy-respecting workflow.
It gives owner-drivers and operators more opportunities, customers more choices, and every authorised participant a clearer picture of what is happening, without demanding that anyone abandon their existing relationships.
What Ergo Mobility is
- A unified, provider-agnostic mobility ecosystem for institutions, operators and owner-drivers
- Software first: contracts, schedules, trip records and invoice checks
- Optional managed operations and, when properly authorised, a mobility marketplace
- Human-led customer assistance, with AI used behind the scenes for matching and optimisation
What it is not
- An EV manufacturer or fleet leasing company
- A generic taxi app copying Uber or Rapido
- A bus seat ticket marketplace
- A requirement that institutions replace their current vendors
- An AI chatbot for customer service

Regulatory gates
Things we check before we switch anything on
- 1Kerala's aggregator policy and the central 2025 guidelines are evaluated before any live marketplace; software-only contract management and a live marketplace are not regulated the same way.
- 2Permits, insurance, driver verification and category restrictions are confirmed per vehicle type: taxi, school bus, charter, medical transfer.
- 3Whole-bus charter is kept separate from public per-seat stage-carriage ticketing.
- 4Uploading an existing contract never transfers its rights or duties; coordination, enforcement or payment changes need explicit authorisation.
- 5Data handling follows India's DPDP framework: notice, consent where required, purpose limits, retention and deletion.
- 6No third-party funds are held informally; payment arrangements are verified before implementation.
This page describes intent, not legal advice. Statutory application and state amendments require a current qualified review before launch.
Industry partner
We're looking for someone who knows this industry from the inside
Software is the easy part. Supply, trust and local density are relationship work. If you have run a transport operation, managed vendors for an institution, or led a taxi association in Kerala, and you want to build this with us, we'd like to talk.
Introduce yourselfBring the contracts you already have.
Tell us how you manage transport today. We'll show you how it would look in one connected system, with your vendors, your rules and your invoices.
