Platform

A connected mobility operating system, built around your existing relationships

Record what you already have, build fleets from authorised capacity, turn agreements into scheduled journeys, and keep every participant informed with the minimum necessary data.

Ways to start

Start with what you have. Add more when you need it.

Four modes, from software-only to fully managed. Each one is optional, and an institution can use more than one.

Software only01

Record existing contracts

Record contract terms and rate cards, invite your current vendor to confirm their fleet and schedule, and reconcile invoices against trips.

Existing parties remain the contracting parties. Nothing is transferred to Ergo.

Co-managed02

Share the coordination

Authorise Ergo to coordinate a defined part of operations, such as booking approvals, reporting or provider escalation.

The existing operator keeps its agreed duties unless the contract is amended.

Managed03

Create a new contract

Submit your capacity requirements. Eligible partners respond, you approve, and vehicles and drivers are allocated with verified replacements.

Priced transparently and only where the economics and safety requirements are met.

On demand04

Extra capacity or a whole bus

Need more cars, a minibus or an entire bus for a defined period? Verified operators quote, and the booking is confirmed on acceptance.

Whole-bus charter means reserving the full vehicle. No per-seat ticket sales.

Modes shown describe the planned product. The pilot will start with one or two of them, to be confirmed with the first institutions.

Fleets

Build a fleet without owning every vehicle

A fleet in Ergo Mobility is an operational grouping of contractually authorised capacity, not necessarily vehicles owned by one company. Each supplier sees only their own assignments; the institution sees one schedule.

Where capacity comes from

  • Institution-owned vehicles and directly employed drivers
  • The institution's currently contracted operators and their vehicles
  • Licensed independent owner-drivers
  • EV and conventional vehicle providers, optionally paired with staffing agencies
  • Complete taxi fleet operators or cooperative networks
  • Approved whole-bus charter operators

Capacity rules

  1. 1Each vehicle and driver has one time-block ledger across every assignment on the platform.
  2. 2Existing committed work always takes precedence over optional new bookings.
  3. 3No double allocation, invalid permit, unsuitable vehicle category, insufficient rest period or missing required staff.
  4. 4Vehicles are never offered to other customers without the provider's affirmative consent.
  5. 5The institution chooses whether a fleet is private-only, shared with named institutions, or network-eligible during authorised free time.
  6. 6Contracts, passenger identities and negotiated tariffs stay tenant-isolated; only separately permitted availability is exposed to matching.

Scheduled journeys

One contract can generate hundreds of journeys. A journey is never an unchangeable contract.

  1. 01

    Master agreement

The existing or new commercial relationship between institution and provider.

  2. 02

    Service order

Vehicle class, passenger capacity, route, operating hours and response commitments.

  3. 03

    Schedule template

The recurrence rule: shift, weekday, school term, fixed appointments.

  4. 04

    Trip instance

A dated journey with a specific vehicle and driver allocated.

  5. 05

    Service event

Accepted, assigned, on the way, arrived, started, completed, delayed, cancelled or exception.

  6. 06

    Commercial ledger

Agreed charges, usage, authorised adjustments, taxes, commissions, credits and payout instructions.

Example. A hospital agrees a weekday 7:30 AM staff pickup with one owner-driver. The duty block is reserved on the driver's and car's calendars, weekday journeys are generated only within the agreement's dates, and if the driver is unavailable the system proposes an eligible replacement for a coordinator to confirm. Completed journeys reconcile to the agreed charges. Outside the reserved period the driver takes other work freely.

Updates & privacy

The right update, to the right person. No unnecessary surveillance.

Every journey produces the same events, but each person only sees what their role needs.

Event-based updates

Approved, assigned, arriving, completed, delayed. People get the milestones that matter to them.

Role-based access

Passengers, parents, institutions, vendors and drivers each see only what their role needs.

No default 24/7 tracking

Location is shared only during an active trip window, and never for drivers or passengers off duty.

Extra safeguards

Children, medical journeys and night travel get specific protections, reviewed before launch.

Product design intent. Final behaviour is subject to legal review and data-protection compliance before launch.

Intelligence

Intelligent operations. Human service.

Deterministic rules first

Contract dates, rate cards, approval rules, availability checks, duty limits, eligibility by permit and insurance, recurring trip creation, document expiry alerts and reconciliation. Built before anything is optimised.

Optimisation with real data

The cheapest qualified combination of vehicle, driver and provider, not merely the nearest. Route grouping within safety and punctuality limits, backup coverage and reallocation proposals when supply fails.

Machine learning, progressively

Predicting late pickups and no-show risk, recommending suppliers on acceptance and service history, flagging reconciliation anomalies, and assisting staff with contract extraction under review.

What AI will never do here

No AI customer-service chatbot. No model overrides safety rules, regulatory eligibility, driver hours or a confirmed schedule. No opaque penalties or blacklisting without proportionate human review.
