How this website handles your details

What this website collects

Only what you type into the early-access form: your name, an email address and/or phone number, the organisation or business you represent, your district, and any notes you add. All fields except your name and one way to contact you are optional.

The site does not use analytics, advertising trackers or third-party cookies. It sets no cookies of its own.

The interactive demo and all illustrations use fictional sample data. Nothing you do in the demo is recorded.

Why we collect it

To contact you about Ergo Mobility's early access programme and the Kerala pilot, and for nothing else. We do not sell, rent or share your details with other organisations for their own purposes.

We rely on the consent you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by asking us to delete your details.

How long we keep it

Until the early-access programme ends or twelve months after our last contact with you, whichever is sooner, unless you ask for deletion earlier. Submissions from people we never contact are deleted after twelve months.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored on the systems operated by or for Ergo Mobility and are accessible only to the people handling early-access enquiries. We do not ask for, and you should not send, licence, permit, insurance, bank or identity documents through this website; those are collected later through a separate, secured onboarding process.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Use the contact form and mention 'privacy request'; we will confirm within a reasonable time.

India's Digital Personal Data Protection framework gives you further rights once its provisions are in force. This notice will be updated to reflect them, and a grievance contact will be published, before any live service launches.
